I love nut butters. And this post is more on how to make it, not any in particular. This recipe however, is my favorite (even if pistachios aren’t a nut, but a seed).
I literally put it on everything.
You’ll need four things:
- a blender or food processor
- nuts or seeds of your choice (1 cup)
- an air tight container
- sea salt (optional)
Pour the pistachios into the food processor, and process about a minute at a time, resting your machine in between. Keep doing this until smooth, it might take anywhere between 4 to 7 minutes. Season with sea salt and PUT ON EVERYTHING! =p
