A simple yet satisfying dish, my Tandoori seasoned, baked chicken.
- 6 chicken thighs, with skin
- big ziploc bag
- crushed garlic, 2 cloves
- Tandoori seasoning
Preheat oven to 190 Cº.
Throw all ingredients into a ziploc bag. Marinate for at least an hour.
Place in oven for about 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.
*This also tastes great on the grill!
